Permit Management Guide #

This guide explains how the LLPBN permit management process works and how stakeholders can successfully submit and manage permit applications.

Purpose of Permit Management #

The permit system helps regulate livestock and livestock product movement, trade compliance, and market access requirements.

Who Needs a Permit? #

Permits may be required for:

  • Livestock transportation
  • Export activities
  • Market participation
  • Controlled product movement

Application Process #

Step 1: Prepare Documentation #

Applicants must ensure all required supporting documentation is complete and valid.

Step 2: Submit Application #

Applications can be submitted through the LLPBN administrative offices or designated channels.

Step 3: Verification #

The Trade and Marketing division verifies submitted information for compliance and eligibility.

Step 4: Approval & Issuance #

Approved permits are processed and issued according to the applicable procedures.
